Hi Kids! I am Betty Bernstein!

I live at the Amber Road in Austria. The Amber Road is an old trade route which connects the Baltic with the Adriatic sea. The Amber Road crosses Austria in the east, near the border to Slovakia and Hungary.

The Amber Road got it´s name from amber. This fossile resine is 40 million years old! It´s found along the shores of the Baltic sea, thats why it is called also the "gold of the sea". My name comes from amber also. Becouse the German name of amber is "Bernstein" and this is my name too!

My homes are the museums, castles and national parks in the part of Austria crossed by the Amber Road.
Come and visit me, I show you the coolest adventures - we go mammut-hunting or play a medieval tournament.
